For the first show Diversity's Ashley Banjo and chef Brian Turner are in the kitchen with James along with the UK's best-selling country music band The Shires. There's a fantastic fried chicken dish from 3 Michelin starred chef Clare Smyth, cooked in the kitchen of her London restaurant Core and back in James' kitchen there's Scallops in a Dulse Butter Sauce, Spicy Salmon Linguine and Duck with Mulberries and Baby Beets. Oz Clarke is sampling a range of chardonnays and range of international gins; and on location in Texas James cooks up a Meatfeast BBQ.
