Episode 1: Rainbow Tomato Crostini, Roast Lamb, Panna Cotta
The chef prepares the perfect meals for social events, beginning with a celebratory meal for family and friends to make up for 18 months of missed family milestones. He showcases a slow-roasted, rolled shoulder of lamb with a fennel, sage and spicy sausage stuffing, drizzled with a herby green sauce made with pistachio, mint and parsley. On the side, Jamie pairs it with crispy lemon roast potatoes, garlicky dressed French beans and a thyme and apricot sauce. He also creates rainbow tomato crostini topped with crumbly cheese, mango caipirinha cocktails, and individual yoghurt panna cottas with elderflower strawberries and a crushed biscuit crumb.

Episode 2: Mediterranean Salmon, Lemony Potatoes, Summer Pud
The chef prepares a feast for people doing voluntary work through the pandemic, from helping at food banks and vaccination centres to sewing PPE. The centrepiece of the meal is salmon decorated and flavoured with rosemary, chillies, capers and anchovies, served with a lemony potato salad and extra sweet oregano and garlic roasted tomatoes. Jamie also serves up cheesy puffs as canapes, strawberry and prosecco cocktails, and a summer pudding made with strawberries, cucumber and Pimm's.

Episode 3: Mexican Tacos, Slow-Cooked Pork, Choc Semifreddo
The chef prepares a taco night inspired by his travels in Mexico, featuring slow-cooked pork belly served in masa handmade harina flour tacos with chunks of roasted pineapple and hot red pepper sauce, cheesy black beans cooked in a splash of tequila, green salsa, and a citrusy red cabbage slaw. For dessert, he serves up a chocolate semifreddo, decked with hazelnut brittle and a spiced dust sprinkled over the top.
