In Valetta, the historic 16th-century capital city of Malta, Jane spends a couple of days soaking up the culture and visiting the famous sites. She starts her visit with a water-taxi tour around the bay, and then joins a private walking tour around the heart of the old city, including the fountain, main entrance gates, amphitheatre and finishing at St John's Co-cathedral.
