On Jersey, sailing duo Deb and Chris are set to take part in the historic Gorey Regatta, and they're hoping to regain their title. But as the race gets underway, they could be on course for a collision. Some quick thinking gets them back on course, but their race for the title might be over.
Luke Wheadon is a proud Guernsey man and founder of Wheadon's gin using locally foraged ingredients in his handcrafted drinks. In a bid to be the drink of choice in all bars and restaurants across the islands, he has a new range of house spirits brewing. But before they go to market, he's got an important pre-launch tasting with some familiar locals.
On Guernsey, Angela and a team of conservationists are on a mission to rid the island of Sourfig - an invasive weed that is spreading across the island and preventing the growth of native species. The team gather at a known hotspot to remove this troublesome weed, but in doing so, uncover a secret that reveals a part of Guernsey's history.
On the tiny island of Sark, where the only mode of transport is by horse, carriage owner Helen is training her newest recruit Reggie. With Helen's oldest serving horse Willow heading for retirement, Reggie has big horseshoes to fill to ensure this timeless tradition can continue for future generations.
On Jersey, greengrocer Bill and his daughter Grace are working on the family farm, educating the next generation of farmers. After Bill's failed attempts at growing corn, they're hoping these budding new farmers will have more luck as it's a top seller on Bill's market stall.
