The Jillaroos Arrive
Five Australian women longing for adventure sign up to a course in the South Australian bush. They will learn to ride horses and muster cattle in the hope of changing their lives and landing jobs as Jillaroos.

First Team Challenge
The Jillaroos face their first team challenge on a practice muster, with chaotic results. Bill takes the next dramatic step in breaking in the young mare, and Tessa grapples with an agonising decision.

Shearing Sheep
Shearing sheep, driving tractors and pregnancy testing cattle - it's all in a day's work for the jillaroos. Deb surprises everyone with her mustering skills, and a shock decision means one of the girls is going home.

The New Jillaroo
A new Jillaroo arrives at Bill's property and ruffles feathers on her first cattle herding challenge. The girls learn the basics of fencing, and Deb is faced with a confronting situation in the cattle yards.

Tensions Run High
Tensions run high as new arrival Caitlin starts to unsettle the group. Deb's motorbike lesson with Aaron comes to an abrupt halt, and the team struggles with a basic herding lesson just days before the final muster.

The Muster
The Jillaroos tackle a real outback muster and Bill invites station bosses to watch them in action. With calves to be branded and castrated, the girls face a tough test. Will a month of training lead to job offers?
