Jimmy Doherty embarks on a culinary tour of the Sunshine State, starting in Pensacola, where he explores the city's food scene with chef Blake and uncovers the Southern delicacy of boiled peanuts. Continuing to Panama City Beach, Jimmy meets champion oyster shucker Honor Allen and finds himself in an unwinnable contest, before moving on to a family-run shop to try his hand at doughnut making.

New Smyrna Beach - Kennedy Space Centre
Jimmy Doherty heads towards Florida's East Coast where he tests his surfing abilities in the Atlantic waves on New Smyrna Beach before meeting local chef David for a culinary lesson in classic Southern Grits. Jimmy then visits the Kennedy Space Centre where tour guide Richard takes him to see the iconic launchpads and he talks space food with former astronaut Winston Scott.

St Pete - Tampa
Jimmy Doherty travels to St Pete on Florida's west coast, where he sets sail with Skipper Mark and learns about a local delicacy before trying to catch one. Urban farmer Brad explains how he farms in shipping containers before the chef heads to Ybor City in Tampa Bay, where he meets Andrea, whose family has overseen Florida's oldest restaurant for 118 years.

Central Florida
Jimmy Doherty explores Central Florida, where he fires up the grill at a historic BBQ restaurant, getting grilling secrets from Chef Kyle. At The Westgate River Ranch, he helps Manager Ray round up the cattle in true cowboy style, before taking in a thrilling rodeo under the open sky.

Central Orlando - Miami
Starting his journey in central Florida, Jimmy Doherty visits Universal Studios Resort, where he meets Executive Chef Jens for a culinary tour of some the parks' distinctive restaurants. He also indulges in a thrilling rollercoaster ride.
