Season 1
In a small beautiful town in Mexico, Bacalar, Jinny's Kitchen opens, introducing Korean street food to their passionate customers! Meet Seo Jin, the boss who is serious about the business, Yu Mi, the new executive, Seo Jun, the new head of kitchen, Woo Shik, our good old intern, and Tae Hyung, the ambitious new intern! Come and enjoy their specialties made with love.

Episode 1
The brand new boss Seo Jin opens a Korean snack bar in Mexico with the slogan "Profit comes first!" The staff who can't get used to his passion, Yu Mi, Seo Jun, Woo Shik, and Tae Hyung, are more than ready to make this work, but it seems impossible. Even the rain comes to bless their grand opening. "The old Seo Jin is gone. He's a boss now!" Meet them in Bacalar, a beautiful town by the lake.

Episode 2
As soon as Jinny's Kitchen opens, it becomes one of the most popular restaurants in Bacalar. On Day 2, new menus are added to boost sales, and it works! Customers rush in, sales go up, and the boss beams. But then Yu Mi starts making mistakes and things start to get out of control. Intern Choi comes to the rescue, to the sink full of dishes! What's happening to the reunited Jinny's Kitchen?

Episode 3
As Day 3 of Jinny's Kitchen begins, the queueing begins! Their cheat code for the busy weekend is spicy fricken and hellamyeon! Will they be big hits too? The penny-pinching boss changes and even rejects customers for a break? And Seo Jun cooks for the hungry staff! After a sweet break, the customer rush starts again and they start running out of food. How will their dinner service go?

Episode 4
Jinny's Kitchen got heated up with Brazil Worldcup! And now, finally, staffs have a sweet leisure time at Lake Bacalar. Starting the 4th day of business, Pineapple juice comes to the new menu board.

Episode 5
After a full day off, Jinny's Kitchen faces a crisis. Seo Jun introduces a new menu, chibap, to boost sales and captivate customers. Will this ace up his sleeve bring more customers? On Wednesdays, when almost everything is closed, they'll either A) be the only restaurant open and attract all potential customers, or B) have zero customers! Will they hit the jackpot or make no money at all?

Episode 6
Jinny's Kitchen is becoming famous in town! As soon as they open, they have a full house+revisiting customers+regular customers. Will their second K-Spicy menu satisfy the spicy lovers' palate? Tae Hyung in the kitchen VS Woo Shik in the service. The interns' promotion competition begins. Being in charge of three menus now, Tae Hyung dreams of becoming a sous-chef. Will their dreams come true?

Episode 7
The harder the work, the sweeter the sales! 10,000 pesos will be a cakewalk! The staff lose their appetite and ingredients run low, but customers keep coming! After a tough day, the staff go on a hunger strike and get Jinny's 3rd welfare benefit: A fun, reinvigorating jet ski break! On Day 7, tteokbokki is OUT and rice is IN. A big group shows up 2 hours before opening! Can they handle the rush?

Episode 8
After a half-day off, the staff are fully charged! With their perfect teamwork, nothing can seem to go wrong now. Then 3 tables are booked before opening! Big groups, revisitors, to-go orders, and even a rival restaurant owner? Welcome back to chaos! A spicy competition begins in Bacalar! After a never-ending customer rush, Day 7 finally ends. Will today's sales put a smile on Seo Jin's face?

Episode 9
On Day 8, Jinny's Kitchen gears up for their biggest prep yet with one goal: 12,000 pesos! Will Intern Kim impress Chef Park with a delicious corn dog and earn the title of sous-chef? The final day's customers will enjoy the exciting yet so challenging dalgona game! Everyone has a good time, until a trust issue arises. Someone touched Seo Jin's cash drawer! What's the truth behind this?

Episode 10
The 8-day journey is near its end. Will Jinny's Kitchen end on a high note? The dinner service begins full of hope but multiple orders confuse the perfect duo, Seo Jin and Woo Shik! Mastering all the back kitchen's menus, Tae Hyung starts to dance! Who awakened the natural dancer? And what's the friendly Intern Choi's promo secret? They can't go home until they hit 12,000! How will this end?
