John and Lisa devour delicious potato dosa at the local market, are stunned by huge stingrays on beautiful Hamelin Bay and spell bound by a tasty native oyster with a Japanese twist.

John and Lisa tuck into a smoked meat banquet, have a behind the scenes tour at the first winery in Western Australia and John finally gets a taste of a childhood chip shop favourite.
