Cake Day
Harry Hill kicks off a new run of the junior baking contest with cake day. Judges Ravneet Gill and Liam Charles challenge 16 young bakers to create cat cakes and a burn-away cake challenge.

Biscuit Day
On Biscuit Day, the bakers use a special ingredient in Liam Charles' Technical challenge and for the Showstopper the contestants must recreate their favourite bedtime story in biscuit mobile form.

Bread Day
Harry Hill hosts as the young bakers tackle the challenges of Bread Day. Ravneet Gill sets a skull and crossbones themed Technical challenge before the contestants are tasked with baking the world's biggest villain in bread for the Showstopper.

Dessert Day
Dessert Day sees the first heat's junior bakers demonstrate their skills in a tricky Technical. For their Showstopper, they showcase their ethics as they create 'cheesecakes for change'.

Heat One Final
It's the final day of Heat One and the last chance for the first group bakers to make it through to Finals Week. In the Technical, the bakers hope to get lucky with horse-choux pastry. Then, in the Showstopper, the bakers create vegetable 'tartwork' masterpieces, that will be a feast for the eyes and the tastebuds. Harry Hill hosts, alongside judges Ravneet Gill and Liam Charles.

Cake Day
It's Cake Day for the second batch of bakers, as eight new hopefuls enter the tent. Liam shakes things up in a Technical and hopes to prove that the bakers' skills are not just an illusion. In the Showstopper, the bakers immortalise the one thing they can't live without, in cake form.

Biscuit Day
It's Biscuit Day for the second heat of bakers, and there's quite the buzz as they take on Rav's fruity biscuit Technical challenge. In the Showstopper, the bakers puzzle over why the world's worst inventions were ever created and how to depict them within a biscuit jigsaw! Who will snap, and who'll be named Star Baker?

Bread Day
It's Bread Day and the second heat of junior bakers get stuck into a monstrous Technical set by Liam in a vampirish mood. And it's another freaky challenge for the Showstopper, as the bakers merge their favourite animals into Franken-pets. Who can prove themselves worthy of Star Baker and who'll be going home?

Dessert Day
On Dessert Day, the second heat of bakers take on Ravneet's 'swan-derful' Technical challenge, before letting their imaginations run wild in the Showstopper, combining their all-time favourite desserts to reflect their wildest dreams.

Heat Two Final
It's Pastry Day and the last chance for the second batch of bakers to win a place in Finals Week. Liam hopes that the contenders will hit all the right notes with his Technical challenge. Then in the Showstopper, the bakers create their most delicious performances yet, making edible scenes from their favourite musicals.
