Episode 1
Harry Hill hosts as the first eight junior bakers enter the tent for the first heat. Season judges Liam Charles and Ravneet Gill put the contestants through their paces as the Technical Challenge sees them turning a 3D cake into a 2D comic delight and the Showstopper has the bakers making some time-travel themed cakes.

Episode 2
The first heat of bakers take on Biscuit Day. Ravneet Gill gives the contestants a chocolatey challenge in the Technical asking them to make monstrously creative cookies and in the Showstopper, Liam Charles tasks the bakers with creating what they believe is the world's greatest invention in biscuit form.

Episode 3
It's Bread Day for the first heat of bakers. First up is a tricky Technical challenge, in which they must avoid being as slow as their subject matter as they tackle Liams' cinnamon snails. In the Showstopper, the bakers are tasked with creating a desert island meal loaf - which has to be seen to be believed. As usual, presenter Harry Hill is joined by seasoned judges Liam Charles and Ravneet Gill.

Episode 4
t's Pastry Day for the first heat of bakers. They get onboard in the Technical with a train-themed choux challenge that's set to derail some, and in the Showstopper, the bakers aim for top of the charts with a pop star-themed portrait challenge. As usual, Harry Hill oversees proceedings, joined by seasoned judges Liam Charles and Ravneet Gill.

Episode 5
t's Dessert Day and the last chance for the first heat of bakers to make it through to Finals Week. In the Technical, Ravneet Gill keeps the bakers on their toes with a ballet-themed meringue challenge. Then for the Showstopper, the bakers showcase their imagination and technique by making their favourite animal in roulade form.

Episode 6
It's day one for the second heat of eight junior bakers as they enter the tent to face two new baking challenges for Cake Day. There's an alien invasion in the Technical with Liam Charles' mad-alien madeleines. Then in the Showstopper, the judges get to know more about the bakers as they showcase their fantasy dream home in cake form. Only one can bake, pipe and ice their way to becoming star baker.

Episode 7
It's Biscuit Day and the second heat of bakers face a technical challenge with a very familiar face as the inspiration for their Technical bake and in the Showstopper, the bakers create a biscuit time capsule for their future selves to uncover in years to come.

Episode 8
The second heat of bakers take part in challenges on Bread Day including a hot-cross bunny Technical challenge and a Showstopper that requires them to show the coolest thing they've learned this year in a bread-based centrepiece.

Episode 9
Pastry Day sees the second batch of bakers tasked to produce delicious, sweet creations. Ravneet Gill leaves the contenders wide-eyed in disbelief with an invisible filling pie, and in the Showstopper, the bakers pay homage to their idols by making their role models in a tricky choux challenge

Episode 10
It's Dessert Day and the last chance for the second batch of bakers to win a place in Finals Week. Liam Charles sends the bakers into a spin with a crêpe roll in the Technical, and in the showstopper, they must produce a meringue tart, showcasing what the natural world has to offer.

Episode 15 - Final
In the most regal final in Junior Bake Off history, the bakers take on Rav's Charlotte Royale and create cakes fit for a coronation. But who will be crowned the winner?
