Emil struggles to find a point of view after Viktor and Helle have become lovers. At the same time, the conflict around Carla escalates when she reports their catering company for harassment.

Emil and Viktor are called to a meeting with Carla's trade union, but it does not go as they hope. During an awkward couple's dinner, Emil realizes that Viktor and Helle are working on expanding the family.
