Beas Banerjee, an autopsy surgeon, suffers from breast cancer. Meanwhile, Kolkata witnesses a couple of unnatural deaths simultaneously. Are these deaths mere accidents or suicides?

Beas Banerjee is intrigued when a national level swimmer dies of drowning in a local lake. She discusses the case with her friend Barun Sarkar, who is a cop, but he doesn't find anything strange. Is Beas being overly suspicious, or is a heinous foul play indeed at work?

Beas and Saikat find a facility near Tajpur where a drug trial is still going on. They realise that this is an extension of the drug trial conducted two years ago. Meanwhile, Barun Sarkar, along with the two Chinese assassins, targets Beas and Saikat. Will they survive the attack?
