Karppi - Season 2

Two bodies discovered with similar fabrics over their eyes, one from Helsinki and the other from Tallinn. Sofia Karppi, who is on holiday, hands over the case to Sakari Nurmi, who is returning to the homicide division. However, everything changes when the killer strikes again.

Sofia is shocked by the murder of her superior and takes primary responsibility for investigation. Karppi and Nurmi begin to follow the clue left by their boss's last message.

Sofia has a theory that the murderer has taken the law into his own hands and takes vengeance on people he blames. Surprisingly, the traces lead to Helsinki City Hall, where the mayor herself is in murderer's eyesight.

Police are offered prisoner exchanges, but it turns out to be a vicious confusion. Sofia's daughter Henna has got into trouble because of a drug cache she stole.

Mayor Tulisuo, who was abducted in the tunnel, is feared dead. Henna's smuggling operation ends in a surprising way. Sofia gets a message from beyond the grave that changes the direction of the murder investigation.

The noose around the wanted murderer tightens, but Sofia also has her own doubts. Henna is fighting for her life. The Helsinki Council is cleaning up.

The investigation takes Karp and Nurmi to Estonia, where a new threat awaits. Henna has a terrifying secret.
