Survivor Oddbjørn Lerbrekk claims he was not heard by the commission, and his daughter Solfrid is lobbying for new investigations into the accident to be carried out in the Storting. And suddenly another disaster almost happens.

The Norwegian commission of inquiry delivers its report, with clear criticism of both shipyards and control bodies. But have they investigated everything?
