Lockdown Legends
At the start of series 2, Kate and Medium are going to be rewarded for their work during the COVID-19 pandemic with a local award, but Kate discovers Councillor Bone is going to present it and refuses to collect it. Medium is hugely disappointed, but Kate eventually relents and its Councillor Bone whose nose is put out of joint when she has to praise Kate live on TV.

Koji in Charge
Kate lets asylum-seeker Koji run the café, which he does all too well. Meanwhile, Medium wants feedback on the novel he's written.

Memories
Kate is turning out an old box and finds her dad's old revolver. She wants to keep it, but after Koji intervenes, she agrees to take it to the police station...she probably shouldn't have stopped off at the bank on the way though….

Koji's Date
Despite his disastrous record, Koji decides to take a chance on romance and Kate is determined she is going to help him. What could possibly go wrong?

Saint Lavinia
When her lifelong enemy suddenly decides to make amends, Kate thinks she smells a rat. Meanwhile, Koji develops a curious symptom.

Vote for Kate
Kate ignores her friends' advice and stands against Councillor Bone as the local police and crime commissioner. Medium is set to leave for a job abroad, while Koji's appeal is going badly and it looks as if Kate may be left alone.
