Akihabara culture, once known for Otaku or geeks, is recently supported by more and more ordinary girls who love fashion. Such subculture industry has even started to collaborate with trendy fashion brands!
One example, a famous high-fashion designer creates costumes for idols based in Akihabara! A top model for Harajuku-style fashion magazine unbelievably plays cosplay!
We are joined by cute guests who are the specialists for latest Akihabara culture: Nemu Yumemi, a member of "Dempagumi Inc.," hitomi, a top maid of 108 maids in one of the busiest maid cafe, and Julie Watai, a photographer whose photo book have been sold over 1,200,000 copies in Europe for her distinctive style mixing Akihabara and Kawaii culture. The girls definitely will give you a new image of Akihabara, which might be different from what you imagine.
