As usual, Masayoshi Hayakawa (Joe Odagiri) has only a job on the radio program on Saturday early morning, but he discovers that the Rolling Stones concert ticket is on sale at the ticket shop and tries to make money, but he can not afford it. If it shouldn't be there, it will be blocked by the manager Kosuke Miki (Yusuke Santamaria). While doing so, the ticket was bought by Akira Mizushima (Tortoise Matsumoto), and the only remaining means of acquisition is an online auction with a high price of 150,000 yen taught by nanja's part-time job Yukio Sakagami (Kento Nakajima). Around the same time, Ryota Hanamura (Muro Tsuyoshi), the chairman of the shopping district, visited his home where Justice was away. Hanamura wants to ask justice to perform live at the town festival 'Nuppeppou Festival' and create a theme song, and asks Hidezo Tokaibayashi (Tatsuya Fuji) to take over justice.
