When a college student shows up claiming to be a relative, Kira is forced to tell a family secret she's been holding for years. Meanwhile, Marisa and Ernie give K.C. tips on how to handle her first date with Darrien.

Rebel with a Cuz
K.C. is known as a "good tissues" so she steps up by proving to everyone she isn't. Meanwhile, Ernie is angered when he finds out Kira likes Judy better than him.

The Mother of all Missions
Kira reveals that her sister Erica is not dead but alive. She is in hiding from the Organization. When The Organization finds out they follow Kira to find out where they were. Meanwhile Ernie and Judy are back to their original beds.

Accidents Will Happen
When Darien is mysteriously injured in an accident, K.C. tries to figure out who is behind it. Meanwhile, Craig becomes head of security for a vice-presidential candidate.

Brainwashed
When K.C. learns Erica and Abby are working with the head of The Other Side to carry out an evil mission at the Presidential election party, the Coopers must act fast to stop the enemy agents.

The Truth Hurts
Ernie tries to impress The Organization with his science skills and develops a truth serum. Things get out of hand when K.C. accidentally drinks it and has to complete an interview to help Marisa get a job.

Down in the Dumps
To boost Ernie's self-confidence, K.C. and Craig tell him that he's in charge of their next mission, but secretly K.C. is really running point.

When K.C. goes undercover in a retirement home as wise-cracking senior citizen Bernie, her disguise unexpectedly wins the affection of feisty senior, Irma.

When K.C. has to capture wanted computer hacker. Noah Stone, she finds herself in competition with teen bounty hunter, Pinky Carter, who is also determined to take the hacker into custody.

When K.C. has to catch a ring of criminals smuggling fireworks, she reluctantly has to take on a new partner, canine spy, Dexter.

Tightrope of Doom
In this one hour event, K.C. captures her one hundredth criminal. However, K.C. and her family soon realize that the 100th criminal -a suspect of a major art heist; is actually not guilty. Determined to clear his name, K.C. and her family assume a variety of identities in persuit of the legitimate perpetrator of the crime. This includes going undercover at a travelling circus thus engaging themselves in combative activity and peril situations, along with involvement of planned circus themed events such as the high wire act.

The Legend of Bad, Bad Cleo Brown
K.C. , Ernie, and Grandma Gayle go back to the 70s to relive how Cleo Brown became the first female African American spy to work for The Organization.

Spy of the Year Awards
Kira's big moment at the Spy Of The Year Awards is interrupted when the son of Tony "The Big Toe" Tolentino crashes the secret ceremony to avenge his father.

In Too Deep, Part 1
K.C. and Ernie go undercover with a planet-loving group called the Volunteens, while Craig is getting in shape for his new assignment to protect an ambassador.

In Too Deep, Part 2
K.C. is given a mission by the Volunteens organization that pits her against Craig and his assignment to protect the ambassador.
