Her passion for country music has saved her from loneliness after a difficult divorce, and has opened her up to a whole new set of friends with whom she travels the country to see her beloved Mike Denver.

We catch up with chef Brian, who is poised to feed 800 hungry country fans with traditional fare, we try to keep up with the housekeeping staff as they speed to prepare the 132 rooms for Saturday check-in, and barmen Kamel and Dave keep the thirsty dancers happy - a double act with a difference!
