De supermarkt verkoopt een flesje walnootolie voor slechts ? 2,19. Dat is heel wat goedkoper dan dezelfde hoeveelheid walnoten kost. Wat is dat voor olie die goedkoper is dan zijn ingrediënten? De olieboer snapt het niet en ook de ambachtelijke walnotenperser heeft geen idee hoe de fabriek zóveel olie uit een walnoot kan persen. Zijn het misschien hele goedkope olienoten? Of is het gewone olie met een walnotensmaakje? De Keuringsdienst gaat op zoek en probeert de code van de walnootolie te kraken.
