Season 1
Episodes

Episode 1
Leopard mother Olimba is bringing up her two cubs in an ideal leopard territory called Nsefu, in Zambia. Soon, however, her world is turned upside down by the arrival of wild dog Storm and her chaotic pack. Storm's pack seems unchallengeable – even dominating hyena Tandala and the rest of her clan. But just when the dogs are beginning to settle into the kingdom and welcome a litter of puppies, an even more powerful force appears on the horizon – lions. These new arrivals are a threat to everyone here – something that is brought into sharp focus when Olimba's young son goes missing...

Episode 2
As the wet season transforms Nsefu into a lush green paradise, Storm's wild dog pups must learn to navigate their new, flooded world. Leopard mother Olimba clashes with her daughter Mutima, forcing her to grow up fast. The lion pride's dominance intensifies, with devastating consequences for the hyena clan and their newborns.
When Storm gives birth to a second litter, disaster strikes at the den, and with the lions closing in, the dogs' place in the kingdom hangs in the balance. But even lions must remain vigilant in this crowded land.

Episode 3
In a land of extreme seasons and intense rivalry, motherhood is the greatest trial females in Nsefu face. Lioness Rita is raising the next generation, but caring for her cubs alone leaves them vulnerable while she hunts. The hyenas' strength is growing, but a flooded den spells disaster, and the clan become separated. Their leader Tenta must protect her twins as they navigate the watery labyrinth to find the rest of their scattered family. Seeking a mate, leopard Olimba begins a new chapter, but in her way is her daughter – she has now become her main rival, and only one can remain...

Episode 4
An injured wild dog, Flint, needs the support of his pack more than ever before, but in return he helps to care for Storm's largest litter of puppies to date – revealing a new and surprising side to wild dogs. A showdown between mother and daughter sees leopard Olimba struggling to keep a grip on her territory, while Mutima roams Nsefu searching for a new home.
The fragmented hyena clan is reuniting and rebuilding their strength, but so are the lion pride. Another shift in the balance of power seems inevitable, until the pride are confronted with elemental forces outside of even their control.

Episode 5
This final chapter of the series concludes the five-year story of four competing rival families. The lion pride have grown stronger than ever, and the wild dogs have dwindled, but is there one last surprise on the horizon? Leopard Mutima returns home, while her ageing mother Olimba must overcome injury if she is to succeed in one final challenge.
A new hyena queen rises from chaos, but can she regain ground from the lions? Even the powerful lion pride are under threat, especially when crossing Nsefu's crocodile-ridden waters. Power may shift, but survival remains the ultimate prize in this kingdom.
