Honjo (Kiichi Nakai) and Kanako (Yuki Matsushita) keep waiting at the promised place to meet a young man who knows the criminal. However, no matter how long you wait, the young man will not come. When I was suspicious that it was a mischief, I received a phone call from detective Mikami (Takeshi Ohnishi) saying that the criminal was found. The criminal Kazuma Arai (Yuta Kanai) committed suicide leaving a suicide note. Kanako gets angry at the end of a hit-and-run accident that she has been chasing for 15 years. However, Honjo did not trust Mikami's investigation. Honjo asks the detective Okuji (Takashi Yamanaka), who came to cooperate in the investigation, to investigate the case.
