Meanwhile, armed with a £280,000 List It budget, Phil uncovered some jaw-dropping homes - including a dreamy four-bed project - that left them seriously torn. Then, in 2023, Phil revisited and found the couple stuck in selling limbo. Never one to shy away from tough love, he dished out pearls of wisdom to help get them back on track. Now, Kirstie uncovers the next chapter in Jamie Lea and Curtis's roller coaster story. They then must assess on the spot if the unit is worth a bid and how high they will actually go to grasp the gold. The high-stakes fun begins as we see if the resulting buy is full of mostly trash... or true treasure.
