Episode 3

Joining Kirstie for the ride on the Christmas sleigh and to judge best in show this time is TV presenter and sustainability guru Sabrina Grant. The fight for a place in the grand final is tougher than ever with four hearty handmade hampers for Sabrina to choose from. All four hampers contain a mix of hand-crafted items and homemade food and drink - from lino-printed stationery and terrazzo decorations, to stuffed dates and shaker biscuits, washed down with Christmassy cocktails and warming winter drinks. Away from the competition, Sabrina and Kirstie have fun recycling old Christmas decorations and creating maximalist trees. Behind the scenes, Christmas preparations at Festive HQ are gathering pace in the gardens, where it's time to harvest food for the big day. Kirstie's in harvest heaven with the garden produce when she meets the head chef and finds out how to prepare a dish fit for a king.
