This episode started with Kissyfur and his dad, Gus, working for the circus. This particular night Kissyfur had just lost his mother and his circus act suffered. The circus loads up on the train to go to the next town. As the train was crossing a bridge, the bridge went out and Kissyfur and Gus escaped the people trying to keep the animals together. Kissyfur and Gus end up at a swamp right in the middle of a food shortage.
