Modern Moroccan Kitchen

Alison is challenged to bring an outdated and orange kitchen into modern times, while trying to please two homeowners with opposite tastes. Dan likes things simple and clean and Beth loves a house full of color and 'stuff.' To meet Dan's tastes, Alison designs a dark, scraped wood floor with neutral countertops and an off-white subway tile backsplash. For Beth, Alison brings in a Moroccan flavor with turquoise cabinetry, a multi-colored arabesque tile accent wall, hanging terrariums made out of old lanterns and a Moroccan styled lighting. The high-end built-In appliances add class to the kitchen and a DIY stenciled table proves to be a challenge for Alison and Beth.
