Isabella has been kidnapped by her father's best friend. Moser starts his investigation but her father refuses to help. When the kidnapper is shot by police and dies before her location can be told, it is left to Rex to track her down, before it is too late.
Death After School
Claudia Martin is a successful gymnastic who is being blackmailed by a student, Stefen, who has photographic proof of her affair with another student, Tom. Stefen is found dead and Moser starts his investigations with his suspicion falling on Claudia and Tom.
A Lethal Plan
A worker at a transportation company is found dead after going through a window. Moser must investigate to find out whether it was murder or suicide.
Moser's Death
Two women are found murdered in a forest near Vienna. Moser calls in Psychologist Patricia Neuhold to help him track down the killer.
The New Guy
Rex, still depressed about Moser's death, finds himself being passed from Böck to Höllerer. A corpse in the river is found but has no identification. A passerby spots a bag, and it proves to contain the only evidence in the case. Alexander Brandtner is called in to replace Moser, having lost his own dog Alex goes to see Rex and together a new partnership is formed.
The Man with a Thousand Faces
A series of robberies on banks and supermarkets leaves the team puzzled because the man never looks the same way twice. Rex is used to track the man which leads him and Alex to the Schönbruun Zoo.
The Conspiracy
Three people get together and decide to kill the person who has been blackmailing them. But when one of the three wants out, will Alex and Rex be able to solve the first murder quick enough to prevent another?

Kurt Kraus is murdered by a falling container while working as an engineer.
Stolen Happiness
Just outside of Vienna the body of a babysitter is found, the three week old baby which was in her care is gone. Rex has to put his own life on the line in order to find and rescue the baby.
Revenge
Peter Rogner who was imprisoned five years ago by Alex, is released from prison with the sole intention of getting revenge on Alex. Peter kidnaps Rex and plans to kill him, but Rex escapes and starts heading for Alex, while Alex is busy tracing Peter to find Rex.
The Voyeur
Albert Mahler sees a murder take place after taking photos of women through his telescope. Instead of reporting the murder, he decides to blackmail the murderer. Can Alex and Rex solve the first murder before the murderer strikes again?

Two men work at their tennis, but one is murdered when he is stabbed in the back in the shower in the exclusive tennis club. Alex and Rex investigate and it isn't long before the murder tries to murder again, but will they succeed?

After a bomb has been planted in a housing estate, Alex must go undercover into a prison. He 'breaks out' of prison with Zach. When Alex and Rex finally locate the bomb, time is ticking away.
