7 young adults are invited to participate with one of their parents. At Bømoen camp, they will go through a tough regime, characterized by military discipline, spectacular exercises and honest feedback to experience what really lives inside them.

Øvelse tårnhopp
The family couples will be doing their first mastery exercise together in a new variation of the classic Tower Jump exercise.

Øvelse ildoverfall
Now the older ones will compete against the younger ones in the toughest exercise yet. In each team, they will each bring an injured soldier safely back to camp. The march with full gear will be the toughest of all, and several of the parents are considering participating.

Øvelse Cuf
The recruits are given weapons and in the exercise "Care under fire", they must work in family pairs through a combat path full of enemies to save as many injured soldiers as possible.

Øvelse hurramegrundt – del 1
Without food, the recruits are sent out on Exercise Hurramegrundt. The first thing they encounter is Exercise Ispinne, which involves them swimming in family pairs from hole to hole under the ice.

Øvelse hurramegrundt – del 2
A recruit chooses to withdraw, taking his family mate home with him. With toothpicks on their shoulders, the recruits continue into several meaningless tasks before having to observe flashes of light throughout the night.

Øvelse hurramegrundt – del 3
Now only the top push exercise remains, the last exercise in the admission to the aspirant period. In family pairs, they must make their way to the top of Sollikamben, 800 meters above sea level. The exercise is too tough for several of the family pairs who are unable to complete it.

Nærkamp
The aspirants get a rude awakening with Bob, before the platoon's first corporal must keep track of his fellow soldiers until inspection.

Operasjon nattlampe
The Night Swarmers, brazen as they are, have set up camp in the company's own backyard - right under the Colonel's watchful but unsuspecting gaze. To stop them before it's too late, the aspirants must venture into enemy territory under the cover of night, through a breakneck aerial journey.

One of the aspirants has had enough and must return home with a very disappointed family member. The aspirants are then sent out into the field without knowing how long they will have to stay.

Field life continues and several of the aspirants have had a bad night in the tent, and are anxious about how long they will be there.

Overlevelse – del 1
Life in the field continues – but now without the necessary clothing and equipment. Commanded, the aspirants learn the most basic survival skills: lighting a fire, building a shelter, and trusting their instincts.

Overlevelse – del 2
A new day looms. Just when everyone thinks they're finally going to return to camp, reality hits back hard - Exercise Survival continues unabated.

Overlevelse – del 3
During Exercise Isolation, doubt reaches new heights. Several consider resigning – and with it, shattering their dream of the orange beret.

The aspirants wake up tired and weary to what was supposed to be a quiet day, which is suddenly turned upside down – intelligence has revealed that the Night Swarmers are on the trail of the last Ottonium stone.

In order to don the orange beret, the aspirants must complete the most dangerous mission of their lives.
