12 hopeful participants have a brutal encounter with the colonel's new and strict commander, who sends them straight into a heavy and terrible eternal march that discourages most.

The colonel's practical skills test continues, before night falls on the primitive camp. Several of the recruits familiarize themselves with the base's sanitary facilities, but the women's showering comes to an abrupt halt when the commander discovers that someone has smuggled in soap.

After a tough night in the field camp, KOS continues. Demanding physical tests are followed by another meal of mushy porridge. But then, to their great joy, the recruits are finally driven to Bømoen camp.

The recruits will be exposed to the wet elements. To the dismay of several of the recruits, they must jump from 5 meters while fully clothed and wearing a hood over their heads.

Exercise Motstrøms continues and the recruits receive their first feedback in a military context.

Company recruits have to stab each other to death with syringes when it's time to learn about sanitation.

The recruits are given weapons and for one recruit in particular, it becomes difficult to keep their finger away from the trigger.

Will the teams be able to free the prisoners, or will they themselves be captured in the enemy's labyrinthine headquarters?

Without food and drink, the hero is no good, right? For already tired participants, the last, big test of the recruitment period awaits - Hurramegrundt.

The final phase of the recruitment period continues. Without food and sleep, cooperation cracks when the morning brings another toothpick march.

Will the blue or red team win the recruitment period? There will be both joy and tears of sorrow at the top of Grønahorgi – after the decision has been made, and the losing team must send three of its own to a hazing.

The aspirant period starts with a nerve-wracking shooting cup where one of the squad's most hopeless gun carriers gets his revenge.

The aspirants' blasting training continues before the first fog match of the aspirant period is held, where a new participant must pack his bag and go home.

The squad must go into the field and prepare for their biggest mission of the season yet. They must learn how to handle CS gas as well as basic survival skills.

Preparations for Operation Cuckoo continue with red and green light exercises, before high enemy activity causes the aspirants to suddenly change all plans.

There will be confusion, tension, and surprises as the teams attempt to carry out Operation Cuckoo.

There will be little rest for the remaining aspirants and several will experience claustrophobia when they are locked in dark coffins.

In BOB's labyrinth, the aspirants have an unpleasant encounter with very aggressive and violent BOBs.

Remarkable events characterize life at Bømoen, and the aspirants are exposed to yet another stressful and traumatic experience.

It's finally welfare day, and the colonel and major struggle just as much as the aspirants as they row razor-thin competition boats across the Granvinsfjord. The trip ends with a spectacular synchronized military dive, where fear takes over for several.

The aspirants' courage is put to the test when they have to cross the underside of a bridge that stretches over the terrifying Bordalsgjelet gorge.

Exercise Breathlessness continues and in the foggy battle, the General's Dilemma, one last aspirant must pack his bag and go home before the hunter intake begins.

The orange beret will be awarded, but not before the aspirants have proven themselves worthy through a final and decisive week of hell that starts with an escape over the mountain.

The hunter recruitment continues with an icy night swim, where the aspirants must swim several kilometers across Slondalsvatnet – a tough ordeal that ends in tears.

The hunter recruitment is over, and back in camp, the officers' guild will decide who has earned the orange beret and a place among the colonel's company commanders.

The company has hatched an ingenious plan to capture the enemy's commander-in-chief, Kålormen. To succeed, the new company owners must parachute behind enemy lines and land in water.

The winner of Kompani Lauritzen is to be chosen. Through a spectacular mission, where the goal is to capture the enemy's supreme commander, nothing is as expected.

Operation Fly Swatter continues, and after a spectacular, demanding and exhausting finale, the winner of Kompani Lauritzen 2026 is announced.
