Getbol (Shinan)
At Shinan's majestic tidal flats, the hosts try hunting octopuses with their bare hands while struggling to keep themselves from sinking into the mud.

Mosi (Seocheon)
Kwang-soo eyes the day's Number One title while learning to weave hansan mosi from scratch. But making fabric out of plant fibers is no easy feat!

Jukbangryeom Anchovy (Namhae)
The trio attempts to catch anchovies using jukbangryeom, a method dating back nearly 600 years. They'll need to work quickly before the tide comes in.

Jjock (Naju)
The hosts arrive at a jjock field in Naju, where they uncover the fascinating secret to extracting blue pigment from green indigo leaves.

Makgeolli (Busan)
At a 500-year-old brewery in Busan, the three learn to make makgeolli the traditional way. Surprisingly it involves a great deal of spinning in place.

Najeonchilgi (Wonju)
At their final destination, the trio starts off the day by collecting toxic tree sap as they explore the intricate craft of najeonchilgi.
