Renat Agzamov and Lyudmila Bukina will taste desserts of participants working in different techniques. Confectioners will have to create a sweet gift for a certain holiday and come up with a cake that will be delivered by an edible courier. The theme of this issue will be sweet floristry. Tatiana Hegai will help Renat Agzamov with the selection of the winner. Renat and Tatiana will try edible bouquets, as well as sweet carnival masks and hats made by confectioners. Confectioners working with caramel will show their skills. Each of the participants will receive an individual task – to create a realistic object made of caramel. And the winner will be determined by the second test, in which the masters will complement the sweet underwater world with their works. The theme of this issue will be desserts-illusions, which together with Renat Agzamov will be evaluated by Evgenia Voloshina. In the first test, participants will create anti-gravity cakes, taking into account individual tasks.
