Robert Klin (Artur Żmijewski) is the owner of the "Ostatni Sen" funeral home. He unexpectedly dies while having sex with his lover, Gabi (Gabriela Muskała). The terrified woman doesn't know what to do. Finally, she decides to call her husband Marian (Rafał Maćkowiak). He is also unfaithful - he cheats on her with the deceased's wife, Wera (Aleksandra Adamska). The couple arrives at the scene of the tragedy, as does Robert's ex-wife, Ineza (Krystyna Janda). Everyone realizes that the deceased was insured for five million zlotys. Some time later, the will is read and all the women are present. Everyone wants to know who will receive the company and the money. The answer is surprising and includes the mysterious Olga (Karolina Gruszka), also present at the funeral. At the same time, the takeover of Robert's estate by four ladies becomes the beginning of trouble for them. As it turns out, the company did not make any money, and the deceased was in debt to the gangster, Jerzy Szpak (Jan Peszek).

The debt Robert incurred from Jerzy Szpak is not the only problem of the four women. As it turns out, the Last Sen plant was a cover for smuggling, for which the gangster used company coffins. Wanting to ensure the safety of themselves and their children, the ladies convince the criminal that they knew everything and now they can continue Klin's work. In fact, they have no idea who or where to take the truffles, dropped off by an unknown person at Olga's house. Even though it's not easy to get the information you need, you eventually get there. Unfortunately, women still do not know who they have to hand over the goods to and what awaits them when they get there. The task turns out to be more difficult than they initially expected. As they travel, they try to decide if they should trust Olga since she still hasn't told them anything about herself. Meanwhile, at some point they become completely dependent on it.

Gabi, Wera and Olga, together with the gangster Lewar, return for the abandoned wheel. Ineza, however, is a hostage of Szpak, who wants to make sure that the task will be completed. During the journey, a dramatic event occurs. It affects relationships between women. Worse still, it puts their children in danger as well. Unexpectedly, Wera takes matters into her own hands and has to face both bandits and her own past. Insurance agent Klaudiusz obtains information that sheds completely new light on the investigation into the death of Robert Klin. Now he can not only withhold the payment of money, but also prove that a crime has occurred.

Robert's heirs decide to celebrate their freedom from Szpak. They managed to complete the task, save Ineza from the hands of the bandit, and ensure the safety of their families. However, they have no idea that in reality they are still in danger. Unaware of the situation, they try to solve other problems. Gabi and Marian must solve the problem of double betrayal that has just come to light, putting their marriage into question. Wera and Olga deal with the affairs of the Last Sen company, while Ineza secretly goes to meet Szpak from the other women. He assures the gangster that they will pay off Klin's debt, but they need more time. Unfortunately, after this conversation, the four ladies get into trouble again.

Olga is faced with a choice - either she will remain loyal to the rest of Robert's heirs, who have been deceiving her from the very beginning, or she will help Claudius punish them. The decision is not easy, especially when a woman catches up with the past she was running away from. Wera is a spectacular success. She manages to get a lucrative order for a hundred coffins. Suddenly it turns out that behind the façade of an egoist, there is an excellent saleswoman and negotiator. Unfortunately, the execution of the order becomes questionable when the company's account remains empty and the carpentry shop lacks employees. Fortunately, Wera finds a solution to these problems as well. Meanwhile, Gabi's organized life begins to fall apart. The woman's mental condition is getting worse, caused by betrayal, guilt and the abuse of sedative pills. This makes it the weakest link that can be easily tricked and then exploited. Ineza tries to prevent a tragedy...

Olga plays on two fronts - with her partners and Claudius. The situation is becoming more and more dangerous. No one can tell whose ally she actually is. At stake in this game is the huge insurance money that Robert's heirs are to receive after his death. Since Szpak found out that Ineza's daughter, Dominika, works in the police, her life also hangs in the balance. Her mother tries to save her, but in order to do anything, she has to get the girl into new trouble. If the ladies focus solely on eliminating the threat from Jerzy, they may have problems with Claudius, because the irritated insurance agent becomes unpredictable. Marian, who has left home, tries to mend his wounded ego. For this purpose, he undergoes an extraordinary metamorphosis and transforms from a henchman into a real macho.

Robert's heirs, who miraculously survived the encounter with the furious Claudius, finally solve the problem of the inquisitive agent. Ineza uses her part of the insurance money to buy promissory notes from Szpak. For the first time in a long time, women feel that they can get out of trouble and that their problems are coming to an end. Meanwhile, the Lithuanians discover the disappearance of one of them. Mitjas comes to the city and wants to find his friend at all costs. Unfortunately, because of a certain person, he will focus all his attention on four ladies. Marian and Gabi successfully rebuild their relationship destroyed by betrayal. A man prepares a plan that may surprise his wife. Financial problems force Wera to take drastic actions. He comes up with an idea on how to get the deposit left by Klin. He makes a shocking discovery...

The women try to find out who died: Szpak or Mitjas. If the gangster survived, they are still in serious trouble because they identified him as the murderer of the young Lithuanian's friend. They will again be forced to participate in Jerzy's illegal business, and in the end the man will most likely kill them. The contents of the envelope that came to Robert on the day of his death may be helpful in this situation. Wera makes an important decision. The new decision will completely change the life of Klin's wife. Dominika finds out that Orest is not investigating Szpak, but is on his payroll. She begins to understand what her mother's actions were really aimed at - she wanted to protect her. Meanwhile, Olga's past haunts her. When Maj's secret is discovered, she decides to flee the country.
