Pilot
On the planet Krypton, Val-El is executed for high treason. Fourteen years later his grandson Seg discovers that Val was trying to identify a threat that plans to destroy Krypton and countless other worlds... and wipe out Seg's grandson-to-be, Kal-El, who will one day become known as Superman.

House of El
Seg gives Adam two hours to provide proof of his claim that Brainiac is coming. Meanwhile, Daron prepares to initiate Seg into the House of Vex, and Lyta challenges her commander to a duel to the death.

The Rankless Initiative
Lyta tries to use her new influence as a Sagitari commander to keep the troops from wiping out the Rankless searching for Black Zero. Meanwhile, Seg and Adam try to find Brainiac's Sentry and prevent it from sending information to its master giving way Krypton's viability for conquest.

The Word of Rao
To avoid punishment for the failure of the Rankless Initiative, Daron offers Lyta as a scapegoat. Meanwhile, Seg meets the Commander, and Ona is promoted.

House of Zod
Seg tries to survive his escape from the Commander and his people, running low on heat and oxygen. Meanwhile, Lyta gets a stay of execution but dishonors Jayna in the process.

Civil Wars
The Commander's identity is revealed, and Seg must decide whether he chooses a new future or not. Meanwhile, Naron and Jayna's plan to assassinate the Voice runs into a snag.

Transformation
Daron pledges his loyalty to Brainiac, and his first order is to kill Nyssa. Meanwhile, Adam questions whether he's a hero, and Jayna meets her grandson.

Savage Night
Seg and his group make plans to eliminate the Voice, and Jayna learns that Zod's motives may be less than pure.

Hope
After Zod fails to obtain Doomsday, Seg united the warring factions in Kandor for a final assault on Brainiac.

The Phantom Zone
Brainiac prepares to take Kandor, and Zod helps Seg bring back the one man who can stop the Coluan. Meanwhile, Nyssa learns the truth about her origins, and Lya leads the Sagitari in a last stand against Brainiac.
