Before anyone can become an official member of the Basketball Club, they first must do display courage. Afterwards, a surprising guest appears on the school grounds with a shocking offer.

It's Better If I Can't Win
Seirin basketball club is playing a practice game at Kaijō High School, the school where Kise attends. After a display of power from Kagami, it forces the Kaijō coach to take Seirin serious.

Take Care of the Counterattack!
After Kuroko gets injured in the second quarter during the match the 2nd year players have to show their team chemistry with shooting and defense.

Your Basketball
The Seirin team celebrates with steak; Kise asks Kuroko why he left the Junior High school team after they won the championship; Kagami, Kise, and Kuroko face some thugs in a street ball match.

Let Me Tell You Two Things
The Interhigh championship has started with Seirin vs Shinkyō.

You'll See Something Amazing
After crushing their next few opponents, the team is taken to watch a Shūtoku match. Shūtoku is one of the Three Kings of Tokyo.

Now That I Think About It
Seirin takes on Seihō, a squad built around an invincible defense.

To Win
The match against Seihō continues.

I Can't Have That
After a last second win against Seihō, Seirin now has to face Shūtoku in the tournament.

It's Not Like That
The match against Shūtoku continues but it seems like an impossible task.

What's 'Victory'?
Seirin starts to find its footing in the match against Shūtoku through Kagami's strong leaps.

I Believed in You
In the final seconds of the game one of the teams manages to come out on top and advances to the preliminaries final league.

You Look Just Like Him
After winning the tournament, Kuroko meets Kise and Midorima at the restaurant. Later, Kuroko finds a dog that he adopts and that the team names Tetsuya #2.

Don't Make Me Laugh
The Interhigh preliminaries final league begin with Tōō vs. Seirin as the first match.

Let's Go
Tōō High gets out to an early lead as the match continues.

You're All Ridiculous
During halftime, Seirin decides they must bench Kuroko so he can regain some strength, forcing Kagami and Aomine into a one-on-one battle.

No!!
Kuroko is subbed back in and Seirin slowly cuts the lead down. However, Kagami has avoided using his injured leg, and now his good one is about to collapse and he is benched.

On to a New Challenge
Since Kagami is benched for the next two matches due to leg damage and the weak team spirit after the devestating loss against Tōō High, Seirin loses both following games and is knocked out of the tournament.

I Don't Want to Be
Teppei challenges Kagami to a one-one-one match for the right to become the Ace for Seirin on the way to the Winter Cup. The next day Seirin begins the first of 3 consecutive days on practice matches so each player can be evaluated and placed on a specific training regiment during the summer.

Let's Get Started
The team arrives at a training camp at the beach where they will practice for the next two weeks.

I'll Win Even If It Kills Me
In the training camp Kagami realizes he must learn to win aerial battles in order to beat The Generation of Miracles, and Kuroko learns he must learn to drive with the ball with no presence in order to surpass the Generation of Miracles.

I'm Not Mature!
The quarterfinal match of the Interhigh tournament: Tōō Academy vs. Kaijō featuring Aomine vs. Kise.

Don't Get the Wrong Idea
The match Tōō Academy vs. Kaijō continues and Kise decides to copy Aomine but this will take time due to the difference in skill.

Our Basketball
The winner of the match Tōō Academy vs. Kaijō is decided. After the game Kagami and Kuroko are determined to work hard to develop their new style of basketball.
