The secret behind Ferhat's death brings Kuzey and Güney face to face again. Thanks to Simay Barış now realizes Cemre is actually in love with Kuzey and responds to Cemre's wish to divorce by threatening Kuzey's freedom. Cemre, who has no choice but to bow to Barış's threats, makes a short-term deal with him. Cemre, who thinks that she will overcome the barrier of Barış with this agreement, is not aware that she is actually signing a bigger yoke.

Kuzey, who learns about Cemre's decision to move to the mansion with Barış, is unaware of the deal she made. Kuzey does not know that Cemre has returned from their honeymoon. During his last night at home, Kuzey has an emotional and intimate conversation with his father. In the morning, as he is about to leave he has a surprise visitor.
