Evan is busy right now with many patients and Nick is getting bored. He announces that he certainly doesn't want to become a doctor, and Evan feels like a lousy dad. However, Nick reassures him he's a good father. Sarah's 42-year-old patient, Louise Gorman, has four sons and is desperately trying to get a girl. She and her husband are sort of disappointed to learn that Louise is carrying a boy. Roger agrees to temporarily take over for a ""hotel doctor"" at a fancy hotel where several models hang out.
