La La is back in Los Angeles to host the red carpet festivities and celebrate Kelly Rowland's 30th birthday. La treats her friend to a day of surprises with a trip to the gun range, her first tattoo, and a visit from Serena Williams.

The Trade
It is NBA All-Star weekend in Los Angeles, and with the trade deadline just a few days away La La and Carmelo Anthony are still uncertain about their future. La consults long-time friend 50 Cent on how to handle the situation.

The Aftermath
La La's life has been upturned by Carmelo's trade to the New York Knicks; La La and Kiyan are overwhelmed.

The Press
La La has had little time to adjust to her move to New York, but the newly crowned Queen of New York is ready to embrace the city with a whirlwind press tour including a stop by the Wendy Williams show.

The Basketball Wife
When reports surface that husband Carmelo Anthony has a secret baby, La La learns the hard way just how tough the gossip blogs can be. But things only get worse when she discovers that a fellow Knicks' wife has a major beef with her.

The Bright Idea
As La La begins the daunting task of finding a place to live in a city famed for its challenging real estate, she discovers a welcome distraction when close friend and rapper, Trina, shows up broken-hearted from a recent breakup.

The Home Front
After trying to adjust to life in New York City, La La retreats to Los Angeles.

The Getaway
La La is literally sick and tired from her recent move to New York City and knows just the place to unwind and relax - the beautiful Caribbean paradise of Turks and Caicos! Gal pals Kelly Rowland, Po, and her cousin Dice join her along for the ride.

The End
Now things are slowing down and the couple seems close to being able to find a new house and finally moving out of their hotel. But just when she is starting to feel settled, some surprising news reminds La that anything can happen.

Irish Blood focuses on Fiona, whose path in life is earmarked by her father, Declan, who seemingly abandoned her and her mother on her tenth birthday. After years of channelling anger toward him, to the benefit of her litigious clients, a message from her father sends her to Ireland. There she learns key truths about her father as well as a family that doesn't know she exists, and, moreover, that the story of abandonment that has shaped her entire life - was a lie. A lie intended to protect her and her mother from her father's shady business dealings. Fiona resolves to uncover the full truth about her father and reconnect with the parent she only thought she knew.
