Capítulo 1
On July 14, 2006, the fishing vessel Francisco y Catalina found a shepherd adrift with almost fifty immigrants in the Mediterranean. The crew decided to take them on board and take them to Malta, but when entering the port, a patrolman stops them.

Capítulo 2
Malta keeps the ship incommunicado. There are almost fifty people and there is only room and food for ten. An unsustainable situation. Pepe demands that they inform the Spanish government and the embassy intervenes to resolve what appears to be a very simple migration issue.

Capítulo 3
Andrea, the Spanish ambassador in Malta, mobilizes to prevent Pepe's arrest and force the countries of the European Union to sign an agreement. The tensions between the different countries to relocate the immigrants worsen the situation and the fears begin to return to the nightmare from which they tried to escape.
