Enric, a man closed in on himself, is overwhelmed when he sees the new religious music group that has been ridiculed throughout the country: the Stella Maris. He will not stop until he finds them and saves them from the childhood he has lived.

Irene, Enric's sister, lives her dull day to day life until a graffiti on the wall of her work turns her world upside down, making her relive the past that she had worked so hard for. to bury

It's the eighties. Enric and Irene live a childhood marked by isolation, fanaticism and violence with her mother, Montserrat, her new boyfriend, Pep and the daughters that the couple is having. Musical films are his only escape.

Irene and Enric are convinced that the Stella Maris are in danger. They are the only ones who know how to see beyond the joke they have become, so they embark on a journey to try to find them.

Christmas Eve is approaching and Enric and Irene continue urgently searching for the Stella Maris while they relive one of the most traumatic moments of their childhood, the one that changed their lives and separated them from their family for years.

Irene and Enric end up meeting with their entire family and take out, for the first and last time, all the dirty laundry from so many years of pain.

Enric undertakes an introspective journey to try to save himself, while Irene takes care of her sister and faces her past once and for all, leaving fear behind.
