Juana arrives from the main branch to inform Jero that they did not obtain the Alpha 9000 certification and threatens to close the branch if they do not repeat the process. He refuses and scrambles to hide the truth from his employees. However, when the office workers find out the news and realize their jobs are at risk, they join forces to convince him to redo the certification.

"Bajío VIP" is the hottest publication of the moment, and Jero is determined to be its next big exposé in the social section. To make it happen, he organizes a mandatory night of shots and karaoke with his employees. Meanwhile, Memo and Sofi ensure that Aniv doesn't make it to the party, while Jero guarantees everyone else does, by kidnapping the most precious thing they have.

Determined to inspire his team, Jero employs every tactic at his disposal, even involving Aniv. Meanwhile, Memo and Sofi amuse themselves by kidnapping a toy plane, while negotiations erupt over salary increases. What starts as a "Blue Monday" quickly spirals into a "Monday of Terror" for everyone at Olimpo.

The Olimpo Aguascalientes office must take a harassment prevention course, during which Jero's lack of manners with visitors becomes glaringly obvious. Meanwhile, Memo and Sofi toy with Aniv's mind, pushing his loyalty to Jero to the ultimate test. At the same time, Qwerty arrives at the office in poor health, jeopardizing Angeles' plans.

Meanwhile, Jero receives an unexpected visit from Juana, who, to his surprise, does not come alone.
