Plymouth: Smeaton's Tower
Joan Bakewell and Stephen Mangan return with the search for the nation's best landscape painter, starting at Smeaton's Tower in Plymouth.

Herstmonceux Observatory
The contestants' next challenge takes them to the picturesque grounds of Herstmonceux Observatory in East Sussex. Presented by Joan Bakewell and Stephen Mangan.

Gateshead Millennium Bridge
The contestants head to the banks of the River Tyne, where they have to paint a scene featuring Gateshead Millennium Bridge. Joan Bakewell and Stephen Mangan present.

Herstmonceux Castle
The contestants head to Herstmonceux Castle in East Sussex, hoping to capture the historic splendour of one of the oldest buildings still standing in Britain.

Gateshead Tyne Bridge
In the fifth heat, eight artists head to Tyneside to capture its industrial heritage with an artwork inspired by the Gateshead Tyne Bridge.

Plymouth: Drake's Island
The artists create seascapes of Plymouth Sound and its enchanting Drake Island. The semi-final is near, so they need to wow the judges.

Semi-Final: Cromarty
The judges have chosen the semi-finalists. Joined by the Wildcard Winner, they're at the banks of the Firth of Cromarty for another challenge.

Final
The artists must impress the judges in their toughest challenge yet - a night-painting of the iconic Battersea Power Station for the contest's grand finale.
