Vanvittig vekst på ørret i Groruddalen
Alna is Oslo's longest river. From Lillomarka it flows through Norway's most industrial and populated area. Previously, trout were only found in the upper reaches. This spring, Lars and Arin caught and analyzed trout all the way down to where the Alna disappears underground in Gamlebyen. In the gray-brown river, the fish that survive have an incredible growth rate.

Årets første storfisk
With six degrees, rain and fog, this fishing trip can be both a complete success and a complete failure, in what is apparently a lifeless water.

Den største ørreten jeg har sett tatt på stang
50 large trout were caught on a rod in Gudbrandsdalslågen before this year's spring flood. Lars was there when the bite was heaviest. All the fish were released back after having transmitters surgically inserted into their abdomens. These will provide answers to which migration routes the large trout from Mjøsa choose past the power plant in Hunderfossen after having been in Lågen all winter after spawning in the fall.

Lurer sær islandsørret
Fly fishing in Iceland takes a lot of work, but Lenth hasn't forgotten his old skills.

Slik skal det fluefiskes!
Lars and Lars have been to Iceland and hunted for strange trout with tiny flies. In the classic way, big fish are lured, and the childish joy of success is at least as great as before.

Norgesrekordjakt på sjelden fisk
Four years ago, Lars Nilssen spent three days with Cato Bekkevold and a couple of other trophy hunters on a lake in Lierne in Trøndelag. Here, you can find the rare Canadian rockfish, which can grow to several dozen kilos. They failed that time – now the time is ripe for another attempt.

Fisker seg til blods
Lars Nilssen and Cato Bekkevold have been on a trip to Lierne. After Lars returns home and Cato is left alone, big things happen...

Tre ørreter på tre kast!
Neither aggressive cows nor carpets of aquatic plants prevent Lars from reaching the watchful trout.

Dramatisk slutt på fisketuren
Lars and Cato are on a trip to Norway's most visited stretch of river, the Tolga Falls, which are under threat of development. Then something dramatic and unexpected happens.

Europas beste harrfiske truet?
Alone back in Østerdalen, Lars Nilssen is closely examining the plans to pipe the Tolga Falls.
