Dorel se angajeaza! Noul lui job este mecanic de punctul ge, un fel de ajutor de psiholog. Acesta va profita de team building-urile care sunt organizate in linistita localitate de catre un psiholog din Dridu (interpretat de actorul Sandu Gruia). Invidiosi pe succesul lui Dorel, Giani si Bobita vor incerca sa-l stoarca de bani si sa-i puna bete in roate proaspatului angajat.
Bucuria si frenezia este prezenta in toata localitatea! Firicel este extrem de fericit si incantat ca va avea inca un copil. Asta pentru ca se va putea bucura de alocatia copilului. Celentano, prietenul si camaradul sau, va incerca sa-l convinga ca un copil nu este asa o mare bucurie.
