Gasca vesela, formata din Bobita, Giani si Dorel, va incerca, ca de fiecare data, sa se imbogateasca rapid, fara a face nimic, daca se poate. Localitatea „va prospera" sub conducerea celui mai gospodar si inspirat primar din cati a avut linistita urbe. Vasile va face tot posibilul pentru a oferi tot ce-i mai bun proprie-i persoane. Lucrurile „nu vor scapa de sub control" nicio clipa, seful de post Robi fiind extrem de „vigilent" la tot ceea ce misca si la ce intreprind satenii!
Ca de fiecare data, Firicel si Ardiles ii vor fi in preajma filozofului Celentano care va face deliciul cu situatiile pline de umor autentic romanesc. Totusi, va fi pus intr-o situatie delicata, alegand sa ia calea soarelui apune, in cautarea unui trai mai bun.
