Nashville

Chef Jordan Andino heads south for a stop in Music City. While Nashville may be best known for its music, it's also known for its mouthwatering cuisine. Jordan starts off his journey through this Southern jewel at Butcher and Bee, where Chef Bryan Weaver's take on fried chicken brings elements of Italy and Japan to Nashville's traditional hot chicken, making it a hands-down favorite. Jordan also learns the secret behind Butcher and Bee's irresistible avocado rice bowl with chicken. Next up, he heads to the 12 South neighborhood, where Mafiaoza Pizzeria has become one of the city's top pizza purveyors. Their best-selling ravioli sticks are incredibly cheesy, and the popular Last Request pizza leaves nothing off the toppings list. Jordan's last stop is a late night destination in a tree. The Treehouse Restaurant's chef Jason Zygmont brings his inventive flair to simple classics, like the best ever BLT and house-made Tonkatsu Ramen.
