Jools invites more classic and contemporary artists for music sessions in north London's Alexandra Palace Theatre.
Returning to the show are Irish singer-songwriter Hozier, debuting tracks from his recent Eat Your Young EP, and 2021 Mercury Prize winner Arlo parks, performing songs from her highly anticipated second album My Soft Machine.
They're joined by three artists making their debut on the show: Irish folk singer-songwriter Lisa O'Neill, sharing a track from her fifth album All of This Is Chance, soulful trio Thee Sacred Souls, performing a track from their self-titled EP, and Venbee, one of the female artists leading the drum and bass resurgence.
Also, Jools chats to legendary music photographer Jill Furmanovsky about her retrospective exhibition of her work being held at the Manchester Central Library, which celebrates 50 years of her photography of some of the biggest names in music.

Jessie Ware, Sleaford Mods, Dave Okumu & the 7 Generations and ESKA, Olivia Dean, the Waeve, Stewart Copeland
Returning to the show are British vocal powerhouse Jessie Ware, who returns with a couple of numbers from her disco-infused fifth studio album That! Feels Good!, and Nottingham duo Sleaford Mods, fresh from a successful North American tour that included a performance at Coachella. They're joined by three artists making their debuts on the show: Dave Okumu & the 7 Generations, led by the prolific and revered producer and performing a collaboration with ESKA, east London's Olivia Dean, making her TV debut with the song Dive from her forthcoming album Messy, and the Waeve, a musical collaboration between Blur's Graham Coxon and vocalist and musician Rose Elinor Dougall, once a member of The Pipettes. Also, Jools chats to legendary drummer Stewart Copeland, whose forthcoming new album Police Deranged for Orchestra sees him team up with an orchestra to rework some of the biggest hits written and recorded by The Police.

Gaz Coombes, Mahalia, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Royal Blood, Kara Jackson
Oxford rocker and Supergrass frontman Gaz Coombes returns to the show to perform songs from his critically acclaimed solo album Turn the Car Around. Meanwhile, singer-songwriter Mahalia makes her solo debut with a performance of her single Terms and Conditions. They're joined by two returning duos- Mexico City's Grammy-winning Rodrigo y Gabriela, who perform a couple of numbers from their sixth album In Between Thought… A New World, and Brighton rockers Royal Blood with a new track ahead of their UK and European tour. Completing the lineup is debutante and 2019 US Youth Poet Laureate Kara Jackson, who has just released her debut album Why Does the Earth Give Us People to Love?

Alison Goldfrapp, The Lathums, Eddie Chacon and John Carroll Kirby, Baba Ali, The Jordan

Returning to the show are Alison Goldfrapp, here for the first time as a solo artist, to perform a couple of numbers from her LP The Love Invention, Eddie Chacon, joined by his collaborator and producer John Carroll Kirby to perform Holy Hell from their second solo album Sundown, and The Jordan, who has taken a new musical turn with her debut album Nowhere Near the Sky.
Making their debuts in the studio are The Lathums, performing two songs from their second number one album From Nothing to a Little Bit More, and Anglo-American duo Baba Ali, with a track from their second album Laugh Like a Bomb.

Gabriels, Fatoumata Diawara and Damon Albarn, Far from Saints, Grian Chatten, Elmiene, Sharleen Spiteri
LA-based gospel-soul trio Gabriels perform songs from their second album, Angels & Queens: Part Two, and Malian musician Fatoumata Diawara demonstrates her blend of contemporary and traditional sounds, including a collaboration with Damon Albarn. Stereophonics frontman Kelly Jones returns with his new project Far from Saints, with the Wind and the Wave's Patty Lynn and Dwight Baker, Fontaines DC singer Grian Chatten makes his solo debut on the show, as does rising soul star Elmiene. Sharleen Spiteri joins Jools for a chat to discuss Texas's recently released greatest hits album and their forthcoming performance on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury.

Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds at Later… with Jools Holland
Jools presents a very special episode of Later… starring Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds.
Following the release of their fourth studio album Council Skies, the Mancunian icon performs a full set with his band and a 16-piece string
orchestra for an intimate performance of new songs such as Pretty Boy, Open The Door, See What You Find and the title track Council Skies. There are also a few treats from the High Flying Birds and Oasis repertoires including a B-side Noel has never performed live before.
Noel also joins Jools for a chat at the piano and we take a quick look back at his performances on the show over the years.

Amy Winehouse
Jools takes a look back at one of the world's most iconic artists of the 21st century, celebrating her short yet remarkable career. Having first made her debut on the show in 2003 with her first single Stronger Than Me, taken from her debut album Frank, Amy returned to Later… in 2006, following her seminal No 1 Back to Black album, to perform Top 10 hit Rehab and the Motown-influenced Tears Dry on Their Own.
She also performed twice at Jools' Annual Hootenanny in 2004 and 2006, where she added her own unique style and inimitable voice to renditions of classic songs like Teach Me Tonight and Monkey Man, and teamed up with Paul Weller to perform a couple of numbers, notably Etta Jones's Don't Go to Strangers.

Jools introduces a 60-minute feast of delights from the archive, featuring some of the greatest women of hip-hop soul who have graced the Later... studio.

Taskmaster
Tom Gleeson stars as the Taskmaster, with Tom Cashman his devoted assistant. Each week the two Toms set five comedians a range of ridiculous tasks designed to bamboozle brains and put funny bones to the test.
Who'll master the tasks? The cleverest clogs will score the most points from the Taskmaster, while bemusement and bafflement will be rewarded with the fewest points. At series' end, the comedian with the most points will be crowned Taskmaster champion.
