Episodes

Instant Grassification
A recently married couple has had their home on the market for over a year but they've been low on funds to make necessary improvements. Chris and Sarah suspect that the neglected and overgrown lawn may have something to do with the lack of interest so they set out to help the couple fix up their home. They remove weedy trees and work through sandy soil before knocking down a failing fence and front porch. Finally, they add steel, stones, sod and shutters to help these homeowners get top-dollar for their house.

From Bland to Bright
Lance and Kristina are ready to sell their house and move into their forever home, but they're competing with a brand new house being built next door. Their house is bland and completely lacking curb appeal. The walkway is cracking, the plants are overcrowded, the garage door is stained, and there's even a flood zone by the front door! Chris Lambton and Sara Bendrick step in to fix these issues and more to make sure these homeowners can compete in a crowded market.

A House Full of Hornets
Dennis and Andrea's home has two driveways, overgrown shrubs and an unsightly paint color that all contribute to a unique look that needs to change. Chris Lambton and Sara Bendrick discover that the couple is willing to get their hands dirty and do whatever it takes to make their house a home.

Orlando Eyesore
A neglected, unappealing exterior has kept Bill and Tricia's property on the market for two months. In order to get buyers inside to see the remodeled interior, Chris and Sara give the house a fresh color, improve the exterior layout and add other features that will increase the overall property value.

Condemned Cottage
An over-ambitious couple bit off more than they could chew with their cottage fixer-upper. With plants growing out of the foundation and peeled paint on the siding, it's up to Chris and Sara to save this uninhabitable eyesore.

She's a Brick House
Poison ivy, broken windows and a cramped patio are just a few items that need to be addressed if this couple wants to turn their home into the haven it was nearly two decades ago. With careful planning and ingenuity, Chris and Sara plan to refresh this home with a beautiful, low-maintenance design.

Dead Lawn Diagnosis
In-home expenses have caused a couple to neglect their home's exterior. The crumbling driveway and clashing materials are also driving clients away from their home-based business. Chris and Sara will need to maximize the homeowners' budget on a complete overhaul but only time will tell if their investments will make their home the crown jewel of the neighborhood.

Slippery Slope
With an upcoming move fast approaching, a couple with three boys needs to put their home on the market as soon as possible. Their sloped front yard and aging features aren't doing the couple any favors so Chris and Sara will have to stretch their budget to get the home's market value up.

Fungus Among Us
With three kids and one more on the way, busy parents Matt and Sue have let their bungalow fall into disrepair. Covered in fungus and hidden by overgrown plants, Chris Lambton and Sara Bendrick completely overhaul this house hoping they can get it back on par with the rest of the neighborhood.

Stuccoed to Sell
A couple with too little time to invest in lawn care doesn't think their house will sell in its current state. Chris and Sara rescue their property from dying plants and a mismatched exterior by adding fresh paint, a patio and a stone path.

Overgrown and Outdated
Confusing front doors and an eyesore exterior are just a few of the problems sisters Brenna and Kirsten got when they inherited their childhood home. Chris Lambton and Sara Bendrick get to work by creating new destinations in the yard, adding a more appealing patio and overhauling the exterior.
