François Plante believes he holds the key to happiness by buying a farmhouse. He visits it with the real estate agent Karoll-Ann Lapoynte-St-Jacques. Goodbye school and the Metropolis but still have to finance the operation.

Bienvenue chez vous
The family goes from surprise to surprise in their new environment. They also discover Nancy's unmissable general store. François' mother-in-law shows up without warning with her boyfriend.

Pendaison de crémaillère
Mélanie tells François to invite his ex-colleagues. Will they fall under the spell of the countryside? Having learned that we want to erect wind turbines on his land, François goes to the town hall to find out for sure.

Parfaitement poule
Impressed by the local market, François dreams of a chicken coop. For her part, Mélanie cooks 100% organic pies. They make new friends who seem to hold the key to perfect happiness in the countryside

A fox having devoured one of his hens, François buys a gun to shoot it but Mélanie does not agree. François then recruits a specialist to do the job for him.

Peau de cochon
François denounces his neighbor's pigsty to the press. His friend Stéphane invites himself with his new girlfriend, a young social media star who wants to produce content in the countryside.

Sensibilités
A 5G antenna is erected not far from the bowl, which raises concerns. Jocelyn and her conspiratorial friends, hypersensitive to the effects of the waves, do not intend to stand idly by in the face of this 'scandal'.

Pas normal
Witnessing abnormal phenomena, Mélanie believes that the house is haunted. Carole agrees with her. Could it be the former owner who committed suicide? The real estate agent is not impressed.

Et ça tourne!
A researcher asks permission to shoot on location. Étienne is enthusiastic about the team making an electric car ad. François and Mélanie are offered to do extra work there.

It is clear that François is not happy. His couple is under tension. Mélanie thinks about separating. She asks François to go and think while she does the same. Where is happiness in the end?
