Le onde del passato - Season 1

Season 1
Episodes

Prima puntata
Anna Reali returns to the island of Elba at the request of her friend Tamara Valenti, who is holding a man prisoner, lawyer Zan, linked to a trauma shared by both of them. But when Anna arrives, Zan is found dead: the two friends try to hide the body, but its disappearance triggers an investigation by Inspector Luca Bonnard. The policeman suspects a link between the missing lawyer and Tamara's B&B and recognizes Anna as a girl he had saved at sea years earlier. Tamara is the focus of the police's suspicions, and Anna is committed to finding evidence of her innocence, as well as taking care of her daughter Mia and the B&B business: but her soul is marked by the memory of a night of violence eighteen years earlier. Meanwhile, Commissioner Bonnard begins to suspect that Anna is hiding something from him and that she has a connection to an event that he himself witnessed many years earlier. From the depths of the island, many painful truths are about to emerge.

Seconda puntata
Inspector Bonnard investigates the symbols on a bracelet found in a photo and manages to link Anna and Tamara to Zan's yacht. The enigmatic painter Giovanni seems to hold the key to Anna's past, but a sudden accident prevents him from revealing what he knows. Anna confronts Luca but is unable to fully open up about the secret Tamara is keeping, unable to trust him completely. Bonnard, still marked by the loss of his wife, finds himself very attracted to Anna, despite her involvement in the investigation.

Terza puntata
Michela, Bonnard's wife who disappeared without trace years ago, seems to have played a central role in the events surrounding the yacht Slang. This puts a strain on Anna's feelings for Luca, but the truth is even more dramatic than Luca could ever imagine. The discovery of a secret archive and a mysterious necklace shed new light on an increasingly obscure affair, in which someone very close to the Le Sirene B&B may also have played an active role. Anna, who continues to receive threats, is forced to confront a retired police commissioner who was on duty during the events of 2004.

Quarta puntata
Tamara's daughter Mia's nerves are put to the test by the death of the former commissioner. Anna tries to help her with the support of Gaetano, who, paternal and protective, stands by her side in the most difficult choices. Luca is assigned to the case, assisted as always by Beatrice. The policewoman, unaware of her father's crimes, is about to face an unexpected truth. But even when a clue puts Anna and the secrets she is struggling to keep hidden at risk, the solution to the crime seems to slip further away.

Quinta puntata
Gaetano chooses to sacrifice himself to protect Mia. Anna and Luca investigate a mysterious "third man" on the Slang yacht: a shadowy character who may be much closer than they imagine. Their research brings back memories of a police officer who mysteriously disappeared, whose fate is somehow linked to one of the guests at the B&B. An unexpected event overwhelms Mia: the entire island mobilizes, framed by the sea that reflects uncertainty and the search for truth.

Sesta puntata
The mysterious death of a young woman found on the beach could be connected to the dramatic events experienced by Anna and Tamara on the yacht in 2004. Luca investigates this death, starting from a faint photographic clue: a detail of the dress, the detail of a golden ticket. Mia, Tamara's daughter, is invited with her friends to an exclusive and secret party, while the guest of the Rosa B&B is involved in a girl's desperate escape. An escape that risks turning into tragedy.
