Six Generations of Stuff
Libby & her husband Nick live at Rockland Farm, a historic Virginia manor house that has been in her family for seven generations. Maintaining the 200-acre property is getting to be too much, but before they decide what to do next, they need to clear out the basement & attic and downsize. Matt and his team help them go through a home filled with family heirlooms, rare artwork, artifacts and more.

Turn the Page
As librarians, Linda and Eric are extremely organized, but even they're challenged when they must pack up a house filled with family memories and move into an apartment half the size. Matt and the team help them locate cherished items like a samurai sword, an old camera, and a restrictive housing covenant. They even locate a long-lost bracelet worn by one of Linda's relatives who was enslaved at the Appomattox Courthouse farmhouse where Lee surrendered to Grant.

Haul in the Family
When Chris's father passes away, he becomes the owner of two storage lockers filled with family history that dates back hundreds of years. Matt helps the couple sort through the items that include everything from a gold-tipped walking cane to an early prototype of a personal computer. The goal is to find a home for some of the more interesting artifacts that will keep the family legacy alive.

Viva La Downsizing
Michel's family used to own one of the area's most popular Mexican restaurants. Now the empty nesters are contemplating moving out of their home filled with mementos from the restaurant and countless other items that celebrate Michel's Mexican heritage. They enlist Matt's help to sort out the treasure and along the way find items that tell the story of their family's colorful past.

You Gotta Have Art
David needs help turning his late father's farmhouse and barn into a museum that celebrates his dad's work as an artist. Matt and the team roll up their sleeves and dig through the collection, finding not only artwork but also cherished personal items. David is in for a surprise when Matt tells him they even found Salvador Dali paintings he didn't know he had.

We Are Family
Crystal is a retired teacher living alone in a big house that is filled with family heirlooms and history. When the number of belongings gets to be too much, she calls Matt for help. Together they sort through items that shed light on her family's impressive legacy. Her father was a reporter and activist. One of her uncles was a famous musician and another a preacher who knew Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The big surprise? An autographed picture of Jackie Robinson that brings Crystal to tears.

Don't Go in the Basement
Annemarie's father was an avid collector, and when he died, he left behind an assortment of historical artifacts, fossils and other oddities. Matt and his team help her dig through a basement full of boxes, hoping to find both valuable items and cherished family heirlooms. Things get emotional when Annmarie is joined by her mother and daughters to go through the collection one last time.

A Whale of a Time
Bess is a single mother of two whose family has lived in the area for seven generations. Her farmhouse is filled with antiques, vintage furniture and artwork. She also has a barn with old whaling equipment and even more family heirlooms. Anxious to downsize, she calls Matt and his team for help. They clear out the collections and find an assortment of historical artifacts that Bess never knew she had.
